Part one
Close your eyes and imagine yourself in a relaxing, safe place of your own choosing. If you experience difficulty with this, make your own imaginary place. After a little time experiencing this and feeling the tension from your body flowing away, clear your mind of all conscious thoughts or picture’s.
Part two
Ignore, totally everything that comes into your mind, thought’s, picture’s or anything else. Do not move to the next stage until you can do this. You then have control of your mind. It is essential for the next stages that you have this control.
Part three
You can now if you wish to, move onto concentrating on ONE thought or vision / picture without the conscious mind interfering. This is also helpful in developing all forms of mediumship, problem solving, learning and visualisation for any reason. Changing one’s own fixed or learn’t attitudes or behaviour’s. It can also be helpful in combating physical illness, pain, or problem’s such as phobia’s, insecurity and lack of confidence etc.
