Spirit release case study 22
  Trance Hypnosis and Spirit Release.

I received a phone call from Alison who lived in a town some distance away from my home. She asked me to visit her. I told her that normally, I do not do visits. She explained that she had a motor neuron disease and was almost totally paralysed. She wanted to use hypnosis for her pain relief as she was in constant agony. Alison had found my number in the area directory; she intuitively felt that I might be able to help her. I agreed to visit her the next day.

On the first occasion she was totally bed bound only just able to talk and in constant pain. During our session I became aware of the spirit of two people sitting at the end of the bed. They were the spirits of a man and a woman. The woman was weeping and the man had his head in his hands. During our time together I taught Alison how to take herself into a trance, an altered state of mind, to become totally relaxed and free of stress, I also taught her two methods of pain management. The first was how to change the sub-modalities of the pain. The second method was to concentrate on the pain and trying very hard to make it worse which caused the pain to fade away, at least for short periods. Alison was particularly helped by the relaxation technique, as her physical tension increased the pain that she described as cramps all over her body.

I telepathically asked the man and woman who they were and why they were there. Their reply was instantaneous: - We are here to help Alison in any way we can. All we can do is sit and hope that she knows we are here for her.
-What are your names?
-George and Ruth. We are her Mum and Dad.
-Would you like to go to the Light and support Alison from there?
-No, we need to be here close to her. They said.
Before I left I told Alison that her parents were there with her. Alison knew it and she felt their presence. I arranged to return in four days to sees how she was and to help her more if she needed it.

When I arrived for my second visit Alison informed me that she was managing the pain reasonably well, but her ability to breathe had become more difficult. She told me that she wished to die and that she was very scared of it at the same time. I taught her how to relax before breathing in as it took away the tension from her throat and lung’s. I then spoke to George and Ruth her 'Spirit' parents. They expressed their wishes to stay with Alison until the time came for her to go to the spirit world. They so much wanted to help her. I told Alison that her parents were waiting to help her after she left her earthly body. I asked Alison's higher self if the time had come for her to move on. A reply came back: - Yes, as soon as she really wants to. I then said to Alison; - Tonight when you are about to go to sleep, speak to your subconscious mind and tell it what you would like to happen. - I will, said Alison, and thank you again for your help. Alison's parents were also grateful for the help I had given their daughter.

Her carer telephoned me the next day. Alison had died in her sleep. I am convinced that her parents had been able to help her and that they were all able to leave as a family.
