Woman On The Train

Irene the lady in the carriage of the London train. The name was given to my higher self by her higher self.
It was two days after the train journey that my higher self and Irene’s higher self contacted each other. It came about because I was thinking of the incident and it appears that Irene’s higher self was looking for ways to help her. I was asked to intervene. I sat in a chair and went into an altered state with the positive intent of scanning Irene for any attachments.
I then scanned Irene and at once discovered a large shadow, which appeared to fill her whole head, shoulders and chest. I also saw around her, a whole area of negative energy with no clear boundaries.
I asked whatever it was in Irene’s head if it had a name. I am David. It said. Why do you want to know? I said to help him and Irene.
I asked David: How did you join Irene? The answer came back. I killed myself and thought that I would go to hell. That is what my Church told me while I was alive. I decided to stay with Irene so that she can still be with me. I did not want to go to ‘Hell’.
I asked: What relationship did you have with Irene? We were married, came straight back. We are still married. I asked: How many years ago was it that you died. Seven was the answer. She asked me not to go.
I then asked if David had tried to influence Irene. Of course, he said, I am in her head and heart.
I asked David if he was aware that he was causing harm to Irene. He said: I want her to be like me and hope to get her to join me where ever I go. I was a Schizophrenic. I have given her the same. I still control her mind.
I said: Do you love her? Of course, I do. David said. I said: In that case, what makes you want to hurt her? Remember that whatever you were told by your Church, the Light loves you. It can heal you and of course will welcome you, whatever you feel you have done.
I said: Talk to the higher self of your loved one Irene. Tell her that you are now fine and that you will see her again in the light. Be sure that Irene understands and that you will then be happy to move on. When you are ready then look up into the light. See it coming towards you and now the light is surrounding you. Feel its warmth, its love and its healing. I asked David to appreciate and remember how the Light feels and to enjoy it, as he did previously.
I asked someone from the light to be there for David to help and guide him.
I then asked David who was there to meet him. It is my Grandmother Jean, he said. I said: Talk to her. Ask her if you are welcome in the light. He said: She says I am very welcome. I said: Now ask her what it is like, how it feels and indeed any other questions you want to ask. This he did, although he did not feed this back to me, other than to say that he felt wonderful and very happy to see his Gran again.
I asked David to look into the eyes of his Grandmother and tell me what they look like. He said: Green. I said: Do you feel her love? Yes, he said. I asked David to check that nothing was attached to him or Irene. He said: No, nothing is there.
I then said: Say goodbye, for now, to Irene and then go to the light, with my love and blessings.
I then called upon the healing Angels to fill the spiritual space left in Irene, with healing light, and asked them to stay for as long as it is necessary for the healing to be completed.
I then scanned Irene again and found that all of the shadow was gone and that what had appeared to be negative energy around her had left for the Universe to deal with. She was now surrounded by a wonderful white light.
It was apparent that this had dissipated when Irene’s mind had cleared and the light had filled the space both inside and around her.
