Self Created Energy

Ellen

Ellen was a junior manager in a Bank. She came to me suffering from acute depression, which she told me had not been helped by drug therapy from her doctor.

I asked Ellen to sit in the chair and to close her eyes. I then helped her into a relaxed altered state of mind, a light trance.

I asked my spiritual helpers to protect Ellen and myself from all negative energies or entities, from wherever they might come.

I then asked permission from Ellen and her higher self to speak to whatever was the cause of her ‘depression’. I received that permission.

I said to Ellen: look inside yourself and find where you keep the depression. After a short
time she said: ‘In my chest’
- What does it look like?
- A black cloud.
- I am speaking to whatever is in Ellen. Do you have a name?
- Yes. (Was the angry reply.), I am depression.
- How did you come to be in Ellen?
- She created me.
- What is your purpose?
To help Ellen escape from her unhappy life, was the answer. I said:
- I know you were created to help Ellen but you can help her even more if you were to
become something that is much more positive in her life. Will you please decide with
Ellen what this could be. Will you let me know when you have decided?

I sat quietly for a few moments. I then said:
- What would you like to be to help Ellen?
Courage. Was the reply.
- In that case, transform yourself into courage and fill the space were the depression was.
- I will fill Ellen with courage.
I then thanked the Energy.

After this I asked Ellen (in her own time) to return to the room, full of confidence, totally relaxed and ready to get on with her new life.
Ellen ‘returned’ and said:
- I feel wonderful. I can now cope with all those problems that I have avoided for the past few years.

Ellen then left to join her family.
